I've been coaching for over eight years between middle school and club volleyball. I coached my own daughters, and I'm very comfortable with this age group.
I'm a certified active referee through the AIA and USA Volleyball (Arizona Region), so I know the rules from both sides of the net.
I coach with Victorium Volleyball Club, where I've coached for the past three years and coached rec teams before that.
I coach a little differently than most. Private lessons are not cheap, so I make sure every minute your player spends on the court counts.
I send a couple of short videos ahead of time covering the drills and technique we'll work on. That way, we spend court time on doing, not on explaining what can already be watched online.
Your player arrives ready to work. We spend the session on ball touches, reps, and fixing what matters most.
After the session, I recommend a few videos based on what your player struggled with, so she has a clear next step.
With regular sessions, progress is easy to see. We keep working on the right things until they stick.
I'm not about pushing players too hard. I'm about building their confidence and helping them accept the mistakes they will make, because they will make them. Put in the effort and commit to working hard, and I'll help take your player's volleyball a few levels up.
